Lots of people are attracted to the Forex market because of marketers and scammers. These unscrupulous people promote Forex trading as an easy to make a lot of money. In reality, 95% of Forex traders lose money due to their greed, fear, and lack of discipline. Trading is extremely challenging, and the people who are successful at it work very long hours. These people are obsessed about the market where they work long hours every day without taking any vacations for years. Some of these traders are so fixated that they install market monitors in their bathrooms.
Do you want to become triumphant like these traders? You have to understand that these successful traders are not driven to trading to make easy money. They are addicted to the market similar to those that are addicted to gambling. Forex is a zero sum gain; hence, if you are not committed to trading like these traders, you will not be able to take money from the market.
Similar to you, I got started with the Forex market with the promise of easy money. I got hooked when I was told that someone was able to turn $5K into $250K after one year. Given my arrogant mentality that if he can do it – I can do it! Positive attitude and can do mentality are good assets if utilized in a proper way. If someone won the lottery, does it mean that I can win the lottery too? NO…
Good information, your completly right. When I was working in the Forex market I needed to make choiches to. I became a succesfull Forex trading professional and im now retired. Just like in your blog, it shows curage to work your goals. Just like in forex, thanks!
